Ricsen is a staunch supporter of sustainable development for deprived communities, and backed by this belief the company takes part and fosters the initiatives undertaken by the Grande Roda de Tambores (Great Circle of Drums) NGO.
It is a non-governmental organization headquartered in Curitiba that promotes citizenship
and social responsibility among volunteers and participants. It is also a venue
for the social inclusion of children, youngsters, adults and senior citizens,
where they can enjoy social-cultural activities that are furthered especially
by different forms of artistic expressions.
